Jeremy Blanchard has worked in the family business ever since he could carry a caulk gun. Jeremy first started as a laborer in high school and rose to a field foreman during college. With over 20 years of waterproofing and restoration experience, he now manages most operations within the Blanchard business. Jeremy is married to his beautiful wife Peggy and has two daughters, Lydia and Mary.
Dennis Blanchard is a waterproofing and restoration industry veteran with over 40 years of experience. He has worked in Northeast Florida his entire career and received numerous awards, including six Local Chapter Awards of Excellence and two National Awards in the field of Historical Restoration.
Thanks to his many years of experience, Dennis has gained a great deal of understanding and experience regarding all types of water intrusion solutions. His preventative solutions protect clients by building structures to shield against wind, rain, moisture, and other elements.
Brian Weldon has been with Blanchard Caulking and Coating for over 20 years. He is a seasoned manager and estimator and has a deep understanding of the commercial waterproofing industry. He has managed many key accounts and restorations, such as The Carling. Brian’s attention to detail in estimating projects has helped Blanchard Caulking and Coating win many competitive bids.
Mike has years of experience in the field as a waterproofing and restoration tradesman. His specialty is new construction waterproofing applications of various types.
Caleb is a strong painting industry professional. Having worked as a Sherwin Williams store manager for many years, he is a hands-on director and communicates well with clients. Caleb manages many of Blanchard Caulking and Coatings Amelia Island operations, expanding business and building relationships around Northeast Florida.
Shirley is a highly skilled Project Accountant & Administrator. With a career spanning several decades, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Her background includes working with construction companies, where she gained valuable insights into the industry’s intricacies. From managing payroll and accounting issues to handling administrative contracts, Shirley’s diverse skill set has made her an invaluable asset to the team. In her spare time, Shirley enjoys spending quality time with her family and nurturing her love for music.
