We have successfully waterproofed everything from a 40-story building with a sundeck and swimming pool on the 9th and 39th floors to a parking structure with retail shops under four stories of parking. We have a full-time estimator who can proficiently review the drawings and specifications to understand what the architect is looking for. We often spot and prevent problems before they occur, saving everyone time and issues later in the project.

Blanchard Caulking and Coating also supports the New Construction Industry in Jacksonville, FL by being heavily involved in the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). We have won several Awards of Excellence for our work on some of Jacksonville’s most timeless and recognizable buildings. We proudly sit on the board of ABC and remain politically involved, supporting pro-growth and anti-regulation construction legislation in Tallahassee.
