We began this complete restoration by removing all existing deck coatings and replacing them with a new polyurethane traffic deck coating system. We also addressed concrete spalling and cracking in concrete panels to ensure structural integrity. Our team replaced all sealants in tee-to-tee panels with new polyurethane sealants, enhancing waterproofing. Emseal expansion joints were installed, and we restriped all parking lines and directional information on the deck, contributing to safety and functionality.
